Brent has developed a 'collaboratory' model to deliver team learnings and embed cultural change. One key outcome of this process is a focus on authentic self leadership aligned within the context of the organisation. Collaboration challenges participants to address questions specific to their own interests and act on the outcomes of their learning. The approach motivates team/peer learning through the development of a shared group vision. The platform can be used as a delivery mechanism for technical and non technical training, planning, peer coaching, or mediation. It is especially suited to creating a 'Dynamic Leadership Training' model which can be embedded in an organisational culture.
