I have completed an MBA from Berkeley in the United States, along with a Bachelor of COmmerce degree from Auckland University. I have a keen interest in business strategy and finance and how these related to individuals within an organisation.
My practical experience has taught me that sound strategies and plans i.e. logical thinking , can be powerful tools, but they are only the starting point or an injunction. "How things are done around here" most often does not get addressed. Without getting to the heart of how people dymanics work in your organisation, you cannot expect to make any significant and long term change.
